Natasha Sky photography plan
My photos are going to be taken outside in a run-down skate park, surrounded by countryside scenes, evergreen trees and overcast skies. The model will be wearing the chosen outfit as shown previously to portray not only the feature artists 'sound', but the style of the magazine.
On the front cover of the magazine, my model will either look away from the camera or directly at the camera to not only make the magazine look professional, but to give an effect on the readers. She'll be wearing the chosen outfit shown previously.
Then, on the contents page, there will be another photograph of her, but in the style of a polaroid. It will be placed at the top, with the date of the photoshoot and/or her name, as if it's a memory for a scrapbook. Another picture to do with her will be placed beneath her personal table of contents, which will either be another picture of her or her single artwork.
Finally, on the feature page, there will be a landscape picture of her, taking up a majority of the room as after I had done some market research, I had found out that readers prefer more images than text, so I will follow this through with a picture-based feature page.
In all the pictures, the setting will be the same, as will the outfits so that it looks as if the pictures have been taken at the same time. This adds a personal touch to the pictures and also shows the type of relationship Natasha Sky, my chosen artist, has with her fans.
There will be a series of shots, with some close ups and some long shots, then some where Natasha Sky is looking away from the camera and others where she's looking directly at it. This leaves lots of room for a choice for the cover, contents page and feature page.
Pause. photography plan
For the Pause. photoshoot, the duo will be wearing professional looking suits and ties and will be leaning against an orange brick wall. There will be a series of shots, ranging from close ups of the pair and long shots of them on stairs, opposite from one another.
I chose for them to be wearing suits as it shows the audience that they are a professional band who take their music seriously. As new artists to the UK and to Anthem, this is them proving themselves since the audience of Anthem take music as a whole very seriously. As well as this, it matches their indie genre of music.
In most shots, they will look moody and be looking down the camera to add an effect on the audience.
